SHIPPING POLICY

You will receive an automatic confirmation when your order has been placed. Order Cancelation is NOT permitted. Please email support@musebrnd.com for any questions or concerns.

Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing. This may take longer during new releases or major holidays. For all 'Made-To-Order' items please allow 5-10 additional business days for items to be assembled. IF LONGER IT WILL BE STATED IN THE PRODUCT DESCRIPTION. PLEASE READ ALL PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS BEFORE ORDERING.

BeautyInDepth LLC will email you with updates and tracking information once your order has shipped. 

BeautyInDepth LLC is not responsible for items lost or stolen during transit. All risks associated are assumed by the courier and consumer.

Return & Exchange Policy

All sales are final. If you have any questions or concerns regarding the items you have received, please contact only1@beautyindepthbytamika.com. To properly assist you, please include your name and order number in the subject line.

 

Exchanges:

To qualify for an exchange, you must initiate contact within 5 days of your delivery date. To request an exchange, email "only1@beautyindepthbytamika.com" with details regarding your request. Include your order number and contact information within the email. 

Product must be unused, unopened and contain original packaging to qualify. BeautyInDepth LLC reserves the right to deny any requests that do not meet our policy. 

Original shipping fees are non-refundable and exchange shipping cost is the responsibility of the consumer. Please keep proof of postage until your exchange is finalized.
